Let's Ride A Canal Loop Starting at Tempe Market Place

Let's ride a mostly canal route starting at Tempe Market Place. Meet at the north end of the parking lot, out near the path along Tempe Towne Lake.
From there we will ride the bike path west along the south side of Temple Town Lake to the Scottsdale/Rural Rd bridge. We will cross the bridge there and continue west along the north side the bike path.
When we reach Lakeview Dr we will bear right off the path to catch the entrance to the Grand Canal Path.
We will follow the Grand Canal north and west to 20th St.
At 20th St we will leave the canal heading north. We will be on the street for about 2 miles. The street has bike paths and speed bumps as we pass by schools and churches. After about 2 miles we will transition through a quiet neighborhood that will give us access to the AZ Canal where we will turn back towards Tempe Market Place past the Biltmore via the canal system.
