Saturday at Jewel of the Creek Preserve
Details
Join us on Saturday, February 21st from 4:00–5:30 PM for birding and hike at Jewel of the Creek Preserve. We’ll hike the Dragonfly Trail (approximately 1.7 miles), which includes rocky terrain and a few sandy sections. This later start time is intentional to avoid the heavier morning crowds, as parking at the preserve can be limited. Additional parking is available down the road at Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area.
For trail details, elevation, and surface conditions, you can reference the Dragonfly Trail listing on AllTrails. After the walk, anyone interested is welcome to meet up for dinner in Cave Creek to continue the evening.
