Come join us for classes, socials, and performances as we groove to the vibrant rhythms of Latin music together!
Exercise routines can be boring and a bit of a chore, but social dancing is a fun way to exercise and enjoy socializing at the same time. It's a good way to de-stress after a stressful day or week. If you feel isolated and disconnected social dance is a healthy way to mingle and socialize. If you feel depressed, dance can help to chase away the "blues".

Twice a month or maybe even once a week we will meet at a place to learn and practice various Latin dances and then later on schedule a Latin Dance Party at a venue where we can socialize and dance the night away.
