SWIHA HA Laughter Club

SWIHA HA Laughter Club meets the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month (2nd Friday only in May, November and December) at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts at 1538 E Southern Ave. in Tempe. The meeting is free and lasts approximately an hour. Join others for laughter exercises, laughter meditation and discussion of the Principles of Good-Hearted Living, which will help you make more room in your life for laughter.
