Schoolhouse Gulch Score-O (Prescott)

NOTE: Pre-registration is required if you want to make sure you have a map, also some extra maps will be available for onsite registration. You must register at the link below. Just hitting 'Attend' on this Meetup page doesn't register you for this event.

Come join us for a 3-hour score-o in the tall pines south of Prescott. The east and central parts of the map features gentle terrain and open forest, while side offers more challenging terrain and views of Goldwater Lake and the Bradshaw mountains. We hope you'll consider joining us for another day of navigation fun.

Fees: Orienteering Club Member; $10/person.
Non-Member : $15/person.

What to bring:

• Whistle (Mandatory for all. Available for $1)
• Compass (Mandatory for all. Available to rent for $1)
• Water. (Water is NOT available at the start/finish . We also DO NOT have water stations on the course. You are strongly encouraged to bring your own water bottles or a camelback.)
• Long pants are recommended (scrub brush and cactus)
• Sun screen (While there is shade on all the courses, we encourage you to protect yourself from sunburn.)
• Sturdy hiking shoes
