**Manish Pushye:**
Twenty-five years ago, I arrived in the United States with an engineering degree, $700 in my pocket, and a job offer that disappeared six months later when the Y2K crash hit. What followed was a journey that tested resilience and shaped vision. From working hourly jobs to building and scaling multiple businesses in manufacturing, distribution, trade, wholesale, retail, service industry, ecommerce and real estate; I experienced firsthand what it takes to turn challenges into lasting opportunities.

Over the years, I’ve run companies that generated strong cash flow but struggled with liquidity due to traditional debt structures. That insight became the foundation for my next mission creating hybrid investment models (equity + debt) that not only fund my own acquisitions but also allow investors to share in the growth, income, and long-term appreciation of real assets along with wonderful tax benefits.

Today, as the Founder and CEO of Awesome ROI, I oversee a diversified portfolio exceeding $75 million in assets under management, spanning hospitality, industrial flex - warehouse, retail, and commercial real estate. Our focus is clear: to help investors achieve high-yield, tax-advantaged returns through strategically structured real estate investments or business acquisitions/operations or both.

**Ingryd Hernadez:** Ingryd Hernandez serves as Director of Investor Relations for the fund, where she is responsible for investor communications, capital onboarding coordination, and supporting the fund’s transparency and reporting practices.




She brings a structured, compliance-focused approach shaped by prior corporate leadership experience and hands-on real estate operations. After immigrating to the United States from Colombia at a young age, Ingryd progressed into leadership roles in corporate experience before transitioning into real estate & business buying, where disciplined processes and risk awareness remain central to her work.

In her role, Ingryd supports investors by clearly communicating the fund’s investment strategy, acquisition structures, and operational framework. Her background includes experience with traditional and creative real estate transactions, including seller financing, subject-to acquisitions, DSCR lending, and cash purchases, as well as exposure to value-add projects and private lending.

Ingryd is a licensed real estate professional and holds additional life insurance licensing, contributing to her understanding of regulatory considerations, investor suitability standards, and long-term capital alignment.

She works closely with both accredited and unaccredited investors seeking access to professionally managed real estate investments and values clarity, education, and consistent communication throughout the investment lifecycle.
