SAFe Team Formation and Toolkits

Please join us for our first time back in a while, we'll take a look at SAFe toolkits and forming agile teams:

1. Have you ever wanted a more structured approach to forming Agile teams? When you’re coaching/consulting a client, have leaders ever asked you for a proven framework that you use to identify the best way to transition their current teams to Agile teams?
