**when you arrived @ Granite mountain parking lot…don’t!! Turn left (unless I need to use the rest room). …simply keep on driving on 136th another mile or so till the paved road ends at Dove Valley Rd intersection (a ‘loud’ sign affront of u) . Park your Vehacle against the fense on your right. The TH gate is on your left. We’ll meet there at 710 ‘n start start walking at 715a sharp

At the top (and on the way up) ….A phenomenal panorama 360 views of the lake and the surrounding mountains….

🚕from the I-17/74 in n Phoenix, turn west onto carefree hwy/74 and drive 11 miles to Castle Hot spring Rd. Turn right/north and go about 6M (past! The entry gate to the lake on your right) to the end of the rd and turn right on cottonwood rd. pay your $7 fun fee. Up the road turn right again and continue to pipeline canyon parking lot ( 🚻 & water). We’ll meetup @ 710a and start strolling at 715
