An inclusive gathering for men of all races, cultures, and backgrounds who want to grow, connect, and lead with purpose. This one-hour session will focus on gratitude, actionable growth steps, and an engaging thought experiment about culture and legacy.

11:00–11:10 AM – Arrival & Welcome

• Light introductions and a quick overview of the session
• Meet your host and fellow attendees

11:10–11:25 AM – Gratitude Round

• Each attendee shares one thing they’re grateful for
• Brief discussion on how gratitude shapes growth

11:25–11:45 AM – Forward Action Growth

• Discussion: What’s one intentional step I’m taking this month toward my goals?
• Share strategies, resources, or habits that help create momentum

11:45–12:00 PM – Cultural Appreciation Thought Experiment

• Prompt: What would the world lose without the contributions of a specific culture?
• Open discussion highlighting respect and curiosity
• Closing reflections & brotherhood commitment
