Exploring Eldership is an online gathering that includes a thoughtful slide presentation and heartfelt discussion, gently exploring how the lessons of our lives — heart, mind, and essence — can be integrated into meaningful ways of loving, serving, and living with intention.

In our session, we’ll draw inspiration from the beautiful insights of Mark Nepo’s The Fifth Season: Creativity in the Second Half of Life and Rachel Harris, PhD’s Swimming in the Sacred: Wisdom from the Psychedelic Underground.

Together, we’ll reflect on the richness of experience, the gift of presence, and the unique role elders play in nurturing wisdom within themselves and their communities.
