I'm sure your life is like mine, constantly running from one thing to the next. It feels like everything is needing to go faster, harder, stronger.

But our yoga practice gives us the opportunity to explore slowing down, pausing, noticing.

And this slow down is where the magic of yoga happens, because it gives us a chance to really gain insight into what is going on with ME, right here and now.

When we’re zooming through life, we don’t get the chance to notice the subtle emotions lurking from the past, the looming anticipation of things to come, or the body’s subtle requests for whatever it is currently needing right now.

But carving out time for your yoga practice is the first step towards giving yourself the chance to slow down and pick up on everything you’ve got going on under the surface.

And I’m willing to bet, y’all got a lot more going on than you think you do. We all do!

So, join me this Sunday to slow down, gain some insight, move with your breath through some poses, and meet yourself where you are today. You might be surprised what you can uncover and release.

And even if all you're wanting at the end of the weekend is some awesome music and stretching, that works too!
