Are you ready to reconnect with your body, mind, and breath? Have you wanted to see what this yoga stuff is all about? Are you looking to gain some strength and flexibility in your body?
Whatever your reason may be for coming to your mat, I hope you join me Sunday, January 25th for a beginner-friendly outdoor yoga flow!
This is your time for YOU! Your movement, your body, your breath. The practice is simply a means to an end… a way to slow down and connect.

And no, you don't have to be flexible to do yoga.
You don't have to know Sanskrit to practice the postures.
