Let's capture sunset together at Water Users Rec Area in the Tonto National Forest. Hopefully we will get some beautiful color in the sky at sunset. Plus the water levels should be higher than in the event photo, creating a more desirable reflection.

Sunset is at 657PM so meeting in the parking lot at 6pm should give all of us enough time to find a composition and settle in for golden hour, sunset, and blue hour.

We will meet in the Water Users Day Use parking lot. If you have any questions, let me know!

Please note there is a short walk on some sandy ground down to the Salt River from the parking lot.

Based on previous experiences in this area, I recommend everyone bring the widest angle you've got. The event photo was taken at 24mm to provide perspective and I felt that everything was crammed into the frame.

Parking passes may be required, please verify online!
