INTRODUCING THE ATTACHMENT STYLE WORKSHOP: IDENTIFYING AND IMPROVING HARMFUL RELATIONSHIP PATTERNS
This workshop is designed to help you understand how attachment styles impact your relationships and how to improve them. Why take an attachment style workshop?

- Do you want to learn how to build stronger relationships?
In this class we will be discussing:
- Attachment styles: Learn about the different attachment styles, including secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized
- Communication: Learn strategies to communicate more effectively
- Building relationships: Learn how to build stronger, more long-lasting relationships
An assessment of attachment styles will be provided during the workshop along with coping mechanisms to overcome some of the harmful relationship patterns established by your personal attachment style.
Attendees to this workshop are suggested to read the book Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel S.F. Heller as a companion to this workshop.
COST: $20 for this session with material provided for personal study post workshop
YOUR ORGANIZER: Kerrin is a 40-something attorney who struggles with a disorganized attachment style (anxious in romantic partnerships, avoidant in other personal relationships) and spent four years with an attachment therapist to help overcome some of the issues we will discuss in this workshop.
