Hi Everyone! I’m completely new to chess and recently bought my first foldable chess board. I’d love to meet friendly people who would be willing to teach me how to play, practice casual games, and just enjoy a relaxed afternoon together.

This is meant to be a conversational, low-competitive meetup focused more on learning, hanging out, and enjoying chess rather than serious competition. Total beginners are absolutely welcome, and experienced players who enjoy teaching or casual games are encouraged to come too!
