What we’re about
A group for young millennials in/around Phoenix currently aged ~25-30s/born between 1986-2000 (guys added through friends of friends usually after being a regular +1, details below) who would like to meet new people and get more involved with social events! Anything from volleyball, hikes, brunches, trivia, book clubs, pool parties, drinks/bar crawls.. Essentially any fun group activity for younger millennials in Phoenix!
Come along to any event by yourself or feel free to bring friends etc, it's very laid back and a great way to meet some new people here! We often use WhatsApp to plan stuff too especially for things at peoples homes or for some of the smaller get togethers so highly recommend getting that as well.
If you have any fun ideas for an event or would like to get involved with running the group or hosting events yourself, definitely get in touch with us so we can get it organized.
Otherwise join up, come to an event and meet some new people!
*We occasionally take photos/videos at events which we'll post to Instagram/social media, so by participating in any event you agree to be shown in them. It helps us continue to build the group and get more people involved!
**Everyone's always responsible for their own safety at every event too. Please act sensibly and rideshare/Uber/Lyft/Waymo etc if you're drinking, do not drink and drive.
2018 onwards: If you're a guy you generally need to get invited/added by someone already in the group in order to join. Don't take anything personally, far more guys use Meetup in general (currently over 6000 pending requests) and our goal is to keep events fairly even and have a normal social group dynamic. Helps us avoid a number of problems we've had in the past, it's been a learning experience for all of us. Please don't message hosts asking to be added unless there's a reason (like knowing someone or offering to host/something helpful), we're starting to receive an overwhelming amount which we can't respond to. Most events are hitting capacity so unless you can help us scale up somehow we simply can't add everyone.

Games & Cocktails at Snakes & Lattes! 25-30s
Snakes & Lattes Tempe, 20 W 6th St, Tempe, AZ, USThought it would be fun to do another Snakes & Lattes night Friday 23rd! It costs around $6 per person but they provide all of the games so there's plenty to choose from plus we can enjoy food and drinks at the same time, they have tons of nice cocktails! Really easy to order/pay through QR codes too.

We'll split into groups if there's a lot of us, that way we can play a mix of games as well. I personally aim for ones which are social or social deception like Secret Hitler but we often do ones like Codenames and Telestrations too!
Open invite to anyone in the group between 25-37 as usual, come along by yourself (best way, and what most people do) or feel free to bring friends, housemates, partners etc!
Parking/Transportation:
Uber/Lyft/Waymo if drinking!
The light rail comes through the area at the Mill Ave & 3rd St stop.
There are plenty of parking garages in the area, in addition to some street parking. Parking garage at 201 S Ash is free after 6pm but it's a bit further than other garages.
