Aged Spirits Tasting! 25-30s
Details
Gonna try a Total Wine tasting class before trivia on Saturday 31st for anyone who wants to join! Timing is perfect as it starts at 5pm, ends at 6:30 and we can rideshare over to trivia for food/drinks after which is only 10 mins away.
It's $20 per person and 17 tickets left as of setting this event up, it's a public one so first come first served, definitely get tickets early so we can have a decent group there!

Make sure it's the Tempe Emerald Center (NOT Marketplace) on Jan 31st. Not entirely sure what aged spirits encompasses but I'm guessing things like Whiskeys, Rum, Tequila, we'll have to see I've never done this one before!

"Aging spirits is a standard practice these days, but it's the choice of casks and the length of time they're aged for that makes them unique. We'll explore the difference between young spirits and ones aged for many years and discuss how maturation affects flavor and color."
