Notes about the meetup, attendance and waiting list:

* Unless otherwise stated, events are free. We speak French & English during events.
* All levels are welcome. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a pro photographer, do feel free to join us!
* Our photowalks are not classes or workshops. You can certainly ask questions to other participants, and we can help out/give you pointers as much as possible, but not a full blown photography course.
* Events fill up quickly, but don't hesitate to sign up for the waiting list. Events are only open to people on the actual participant list. Please respect the organisers and other people on the waiting list and do not just show up if your participation is not confirmed.
* RSVPs will close the night before at 23h. If you cancel after that deadline, you will be listed as Late Cancellation (if this becomes a habit, you may be removed from the group). After the deadline, please just don't show up, even if the event shows free spaces.
* Places go on a first come, first served basis. The waiting list is an automated system, if a space frees up it will automatically go to the first person on the waiting list. Please also keep an eye on your notifications and on the event itself, it's your responsibility to know if you've made it on the participant list.
* As with any social group, human interactions can be complicated, but please know that we will not tolerate any innapropriate or offensive (sexual, sexist, homophobic...) behaviour in this group. If you fell that you are a victim of such behaviour, please get in touch with any one of us organisers, we will do our best to sort it out and take the necessary measures!
* As it can be expected during a photography meetup, please be aware that you may appear in your fellow photographers photos that may be shared on this page. If you do not want to have your picture taken, please let us know at the beginning of the walk. If you wish to have a photo of you removed, just kindly ask the author ;). The intention is purely to share our images. The group is also private, so the photos will only be visible to members of the group.
* Finally, the main ideas of these meetups is to have fun with like minded people. Please be as respectful and friendly as possible :D
