One Spot left for Female to share a room
The best location I have found for fall color is along the eastern side of the sierras. I have shot this area for several years and each year it offers something a little different. I have a suite of rooms on hold but we need to fill this before the 31st for it to be a go as this isa popular fall destination.

One of the great things about our base location is we can head north or south depending on where the best color is the weekend of the jaunt. I will get there early to scope out the color in the canyons and make a plan for the weekend. Most of the photo ops will be a short walk from the car, but there may be a hike up a canyon for those who want to do it. We will be at altitude and it will be uphill, but those not up to it will have lots to shoot near the trail head.

The lodge is fairly worn and rustic but set above a scenic lake. Each room will have a view of the lake. We will also have a group suite with living room, kitchen and stone fireplace where we can gather in the morning for breakfast 9bring what you want but we will have a coffee machine for all to use) and evening for review of pics by the fire. Lunch and dinner will be at your expense and we will make up those plans depending on what we are shooting. We will have opportunities to grab lunch while out and can form a posse or two for dinner or you can fix something in the kitchen.

This should be one of the best jaunts of the year and I am looking forward to taking you around to the spots I like. The scenes are different every year and one year there was even snow! Cost is $588 for double occupancy and $895 if you want your own room. If you want your own room and are bringing a non-photographer spouse/companion, just pay the single price.
