All About Equine Afternoon

This is a special opportunity and fundraiser for a local horse rescue, All About Equine. For many reasons, the rescue does not normally allow visitors or photographers to roam about. We have arranged for a morning and afternoon session to bring our group in for special access. There are dozens of horses on the property, some that are wild mustangs. We will have three shooting experiences during our three hours. We will roam on or around the pastures for environmental shots of the horses in the green and treed fields. We will also do some shooting of horses in pens, focusing on some detail work. Finally, one of the volunteers will handle a horse or two to position them at a barn entrance where I can show you haw to get some portraits with dark background and natural light. Since the property is extensive and we will be in or around the pastures, you should be able to walk for a moderate distance on uneven ground. The fee will be paid to AAE and may be deductible as a donation to the non-profit.

We will have a morning session and afternoon session to allow for as many participants as possible. The horse meetups always fill up.
