BeltCraft Studios 2019 - October edition

Last January we hosted BeltCraft studios to great success. A group of enthusiastic photographers and seven amazing models worked together for the whole day. I'd really like to do this again.

BeltCraft studios is a props warehouse. We will rent the entire top floor. Last time, we had 7 chesterfield sofas, numerous props, freestanding boat lights, bathtubs, traffic lights, signage and more. All within a warehouse aesthetic .

Shoot lasts all day - everyone welcome. Huge space. More people sign up the bigger the event gets. Hoping to do 7 models and MUA again!

Presale 4th September - 11st September £69.99 pp (limited number)

Format : Arrive for 11am shoot up to 5pm. Coordinate as a group to get 1-1 time. Mid afternoon we will order food for anyone with cash.

Equipment : I'll bring lighting options for a couple of scenes/corners of the warehouse but please do bring whatever you can to help. Flash welcome.

Hosts : Aaron. We will be inviting professional models, new faces and fashion student showcases. Industry sponsor talks are open - so we could get a supply of new equipment!

Commercial Image Rights :
Rights to display and publicise this includes competitions and instagram hubs (with ThePhotography_Collective noted please).
The model also has the right to request image files for any images displayed.
For commercial purposes please notify both the model and The Photography Collective with advance notice , model releases are signed between photographer + model.
Please discuss with us any of : widespread distribution, any images with nudity, responsible and quality publication with contentious issues or earnings over £250.
Refund Policy :
Damage :* Damage must be reported and paid for and no equipment/furniture dragging that might damage the floor*
Expect the location to change.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser - full refund. Reasonable accommodations for date, location and model changes to be made by both parties.
For tickets more than £70 : client cancellations made 18 days or more prior to an event the client will receive 100% of the amount paid as credit for a future event(s).
Else :
Tickets are transferrable and this can be arranged privately at no cost. For refunds arranged with The Photography Collective a 36hour cutoff exists (0%). (36hr +) Client will receive typically 20%-40% of the ticket price back as credit for a future event(s). This reflects the circumstance where an individual bears the cost of cancellation (costs include: risk of ticket resale, upfront costs, ticket name changes and handling/arrangement cost) . This allows us to maintain general ticket sale at a lower price.
