[Fred Howard Park - Beach](http://www.pinellascounty.org/park/06_howard.htm)

Fred Howard Park has lots of rocks, sea oats, sand dunes and palm trees to incorporate into your creative ideas. It is also shallow along most of the coast for those daring to get wet.

***\*\*\*We will meet at the actual beach part of Fred Howard park. You will need to drive through Fred Howard Park across the causeway until you reach the dead end at the beach. Turn left at the end of the beach to meet down at the SW side of the beach. Look for people with gear***.

\*You will need to pay at an automated pay station which has a daily parking fee of $5. I suggest a cooler with drinks for hydration, sunscreen etc. Carry light on the gear such as a backpack as most wagons will not roll through the thick sand. \*Reflectors will work great on this beach at Sunset.

And as usual with our beach shoots - We will monitor the weather and that means weather at the beach not at your house. It will have to be really ugly out for it to cancel.

\*\* Everyone attending will need to bring gear and are expected to shoot. \*\*

*Models - You don't have to come in a bikini - any 'beachy' attire you feel comfortable with.*

*\*NOTE\** You must be current on dues to participate and remove your RSVP if you can't make it to avoid no show status and penalty title. Wait list folks check it right up until the day before to see if you were moved up as you as well will be marked as a no show if you don't attend.

Current - means that you might have to 'pay up' from previous years. It doesn't matter if you haven't attended any meetups (we are not responsible for members not attending meetups offered throughout the year or years). How to check your membership title status - We record your annual membership dues in your title under your name. Your last year of paid dues for membership can be found under your membership profile picture. You are current when it states 2024 Supporting Member. If it does not reflect payment in 2024 you owe $10 per year from the last year recorded. If you have questions about membership dues - please contact me directly via PM.

All photographers will have 14 days from the event to upload a minimum of four high resolution edited jpgs to their model's personal photo album found in the Photos section of our group's site. As well as a minimum of one and maximum of three of your best images to the group's main album for the event. Failure to do so will result in having you removed from this Meetup group.

Models: If you are waitlisted you will be moved up as soon as an admin sees you on the list.

Photogs: If you are on the waitlist, a sure way to earn a spot is simply to convince a friend to come model with us. They must join the group and RSVP for the event and you will be moved up as well.

**REQUIRED OF PHOTOGRAPHERS:** A total of four edited images to your Model's personal album as well as one and max of five images to the main album for the Tarpon Springs Beach Shoot.
