Participants will master the art of capturing powerful, storytelling images in a distinctive editorial style. Learn the technical and creative aspects of editorial photography, such as the difference between editorial photoshoots and commercial, visual storytelling, pre-production planning and concept development, lighting techniques, composition and framing, and directing and posing subjects. Participants will gain hands-on experience setting up shoots and experimenting with diverse lighting conditions. I will talk about building a portfolio and refining your personal style. By the end of the session, attendees will have a thorough understanding of how to plan and create an editorial shoot, from the initial concept to the final image.
