The W.A. Young & Sons Machine Shop & Foundry is a century-old, belt-driven machine shop and foundry featuring fully operational machines. Great opportunities for HDR and macro.

This photo tour is all about access to this awesome location, having it to ourselves, with tripods. If you are new to HDR we can meet you at 9am and go over HDR capture and camera settings (but you must email us)

If you are combining this workshop with the Carrie Furnace the next day let us know as the combined two workshops are $300 rather than $325 (we can send you a second paypal invoice or refund you $25).

As always we will have a small group size to maximize your photo opportunities. 10 people max (includes two leaders).

The Machine Shop is located on Water Street in Rices Landing.

General directions: 1-79 to Ruff Creek Exit, then east on Route 221 to Dry Tavern; follow to Rices Landing.
From east of Pittsburgh, 1-70 to Route 88 South to Dry Tavern, then east to Rices Landing.
