Photography Career Lab – Finding Direction & Moving Forward
This session is open to everyone, whether you attended the first meeting or are joining for the first time.
If you’re new, you won’t feel behind. If you attended the first session, this meeting builds naturally on what we started.

What this session is about:
Many photographers know how to take good photos but struggle with direction, focus, or the next steps. This session is designed to support photographers at different stages:

• If you feel uncertain or scattered, it helps you start narrowing your focus and building clarity. Bring any existing work, can be helpful even unfinished images or projects you’re not confident about.
• If you already have a clear interest or ongoing project, this is a space for work review, feedback, and refinement.

You’re welcome to bring your work for review, even if you didn’t attend the first meeting. Feedback and discussion are open to everyone.

What we’ll do:
• A very short recap of the first session.
• Reviewing and discussing work and assignments.
• Finding your voice: Simple exercises and discussion to explore what genuinely interests you, what themes repeat in your work, and how to start narrowing your focus, an important step toward professional growth and earning from photography.

• Practicing critique
We’ll practice how to give and receive feedback in a clear, respectful, and useful way.

• Your assignment or any photo series you’d like feedback on
