The Contemporary Portrait - Immersive Workshop

Join Brandon for a four-day, hands-on portrait photography workshop in beautiful Valencia. We’ll explore a variety of styles such as Street Style, Headshots, and Compositional Portraiture while shooting in diverse locations around the city, including a full day in a professional studio.
This workshop is about helping you grow as a portrait photographer, both technically and creatively. You’ll learn how to find and use natural light, and just as importantly, how to work with lighting that’s challenging. One evening, we’ll hit the streets for an after-dark session using a single light and some creative thinking.

Who is Brandon?
Brandon Jackson got his start in photography in 1987 while in high school. Shooting portraits and headshots has always been his primary focus but over the years he’s also done product work, street photography, and sports including equestrian eventing and motorcycle road racing.
An avid Photoshop user since 1999, he received his Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop certification in 2006. Brandon enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience offering photography workshops and online sessions for Adobe Photoshop.
