Night Shots at Zürich (FREE EVENT)

Hi Photographer friends!

It took a while, but I finally got some time to write about our next Meetup event and I am truly excited!

As we are all aware, the Sun is hiding sooner and sooner every day and we all have jobs to pay the bills, so we need to work with the fading and/or artificial lights. The idea is to embrace them both and dive into some night shots from the city and portraits, we have some amazing opportunities to explore long exposure, light painting and whatever our creative minds can come up with.

The gorgeous city has already confirmed its presence, some models are also coming, so we will have plenty of chances to work with crazy exposures and different lights. If you have, please bring a tripod, flashes, strobes, torches, gels… let’s get the dust off from the whole photography cabinet! 😊

As usual, we will meet for coffee and chatting at 18:30, leaving at 19:00 to capture photos around Sechseläutenplatz/Bellevue/Quaianlagen area, as there we have good landscape and portrait opportunities, as well as lots of city lights to lights to play with.

When: 29/October/2019 18:30 coffee, 19:00 start shooting
What: Night shots – landscape, city light portraits, light painted portraits
Where: Meeting at Starbucks (Theaterstrasse 8, 8001 Zürich), shooting around Sechseläutenplatz and Bellevue
Important: Please don’t forget to send our models the photos you took (in this or in past events), this is our arrangement with them and the only reason we can have models coming without costs.

SAVE THE DATE: let's do an outdoor shooting event outside Zürich? Somewhere close (max 30 minutes with public transportation) where we can spend some hours on a Sunday and exercise our photography muscles? I am working on something on 17/November.
