Zürich FREE Photo Walk for Beginners and Pro's

Let's get together and enjoy another delicious photo walk around our gorgeous Züri! This is a FREE event, but you may feel free to give an OPTIONAL contribution, keep the group rolling and allow me to bring more activities to us all. That can be done on the day, over Twint, PayPal or here.

As the summer is still reigning above us, we will explore Viadukt`s Industrial area and enjoy the amazing light from the setting sun while we explore many hidden gems around that spot. Im Viadukt, Löwenbrau, Frau Gerolds Garten, Schiffbau and wherever the moment takes us, maybe even walk towards HB along the Limmat. Gorgeous views and photo opportunities wherever we look!

let's help the local businesses and buy something from them while we warm up at 18:30 for coffee, meet and greet, chat a little and leave at 19:00. I'll set a tripod on the floor to make it easy to find us, just in case you don't see all the photo bags lying around. :)

For this photo walk we proposed some themes in our online chats, feel free to explore some themes/composition suggestions:

If you need help with those ideas or techniques, drop me a message and let's do it together. Please write in advance as on the day of the event it might be difficult to organise something.

I will invite models to this event but I cannot promise how many will come or the model x photographer ratio on the free photo walks. If you want to join specific events with models, they will be made available here and on our Facebook group.

Photographer's Release: ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO WISH TO PHOTOGRAPH MODELS MUST SIGN A COMMITMENT EACH PHOTOWALK. Signing confirms your participation as an assignee under the TFP contract, granting you the right to use the images you capture. You may join without signing if you do not photograph the models. Sign it BEFORE the event here.

Meeting at 18:30 for "meet&greet", and also for the signing of TFP contracts that might not have been e-signed **. The actual Photo Walk starts at 19:00.**

If the event is full and you don't want to wait for eventual cancellations, get in touch through meetup@chaya.photo, there are 5 spots reserved for patrons, and maybe there is one still available.

The location might need to be changed due to bad weather, check back to see if there are any changes. It will happen regardless of the rain!
