Hello Everyone,

First, I want to say thanks to everyone who came, last Monday, to the the Adobe CS5 Launch event. If you didn't get to go, no worries, we're going to give everyone an opportunity to preview some of the exciting new features of CS5 at this meeting.

It's been quite a while since our last get together (sorry, my fault)... but I think the time is right to get things rolling again. We will start out with a little "mix and mingle" in the cafe between 6:00 and 7:00, which will include some food and beverages. Then we will move into the large forum room for demonstrations and discussion from 7:00 to 9:00.

For those who've not been to one of our meetings, they consist of live demonstrations and an open discussion about digital imaging and other editing related subjects, and issues. Discussions will include, but are not limited to, digital cameras, computer software and hardware, digital imaging work flow, digital desktop printing, etc..., etc. We'll try to keep things fairly informal and just have some fun. Members are encouraged to present live demonstrations of any Photoshop or other digital imaging software tips, tricks and techniques they would like to share.

Steve Rae and great folks at the Roam Cafe are providing the facility support for this meeting. If you've never been to the Roam, I think you'll be surprised... It really is a fantastic place for a meeting. Here's a link to their web site so you can take a look: We are continuing to take suggestions for new topics of presentation and discussion... and would love to hear your thoughts. If anyone has any questions, please drop me line....

Thanks, and I'll hope to see you there,

Michael Noa - Organizer

Nice meeting... but too much A/C (lost one star for the room temperature LOL). It was a great group that came from a wide variety of backgrounds. Most of the participants actually were engaged at some point in the discussion including my 14yr old son. So I think that made this a successful meeting. We look forward to meeting more of you at the next meeting and learning more tricks, techniques, and secrets from you all.
