#Photowalk305 at the Holiday Village!

#Photowalk305 is a monthly event held at various locations throughout Miami. Join us for an afternoon of photography and holiday fun!

This month’s #Photowalk305 will take place in Downtown Miami + Brickell.
We will meet, greet, and eat at D'Oro Pizza Bar at 3pm.
At 4pm sharp, we will begin the photowalk. We will stroll through the Holiday Village on Flagler Street to walk off the food and maybe get a photo of or with Santa! We will make our way to Bayfront Park to photograph the Christmas Tree, and afterwards we will take the metromover through Downtown and Brickell, taking photos of the holiday ambiance around the area.

For this photowalk, we will delve into street photography and architecture photography, documenting the environment and the architecture, structures, and scenery of Downtown Miami and Brickell, to record whatever pieces of history remain in this rapidly-changing urban landscape.
Being that this photowalk is in the late afternoon and during the holidays, we will also explore nighttime photography and experiment with shooting at a higher ISO and with different apertures and shutter speeds, relying on whatever light is available (including the holiday light installations as one source of lighting) and focusing on how lighting renders the subject / object and scenery.

* Holiday attire is optional but encouraged – wear your favorite ugly sweater or santa hat!*

This event is FREE!
A $10 donation is suggested and appreciated, but not required to RSVP. Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle are accepted.

This photowalk is open to analogue & digital photographers and enthusiasts of all levels.
