First PHP Mauritius UG Meetup

As we mentioned during #DevConMRU, we are going to have our first meetup on this end of month, on Tuesday 31st at 18hr30.

As a matter of fact, finding a venue as a usergroup is not easy matter. We have reached out and the first entity to extend their hands to giving us a meeting room + projector (free of charge) was Extension-Interactive.
