In case anyone will be attending self.conference at cobo later this month, there will actually be a PHP talk. As surprising as it is, many conferences leave PHP out entirely even though such a large portion of the web still relies on it. I'll be doing a talk on the new/unusual talents PHP has picked up over the years, so while it may not be an advanced talk some of the members here might be more in tune with, it might cover some new ground for those who are still stuck in the PHP 5.3 mindset.

For more information regarding the conference, check here.
