From Betamax to VCR harden your API integration testing

Integration tests with APIs are notoriously difficult. Do you hit production? Do you mock the JSON responses and update them each time your endpoints change? There is a solid solution that can solve these problems, PHP VCR + the PEST testing framework. Combine this with OpenAPI specs and you can have CI automation that triggers your CI pipeline when changing your spec, records the new API output and runs your test suite. Sounds neat, right? In this session we'll go through how it's done.
