I have been leading groups for years and I have learned that we are all connected, empowered and stronger, TOGETHER! My passion for community comes alive through these events! We meet, connect and explore mother nature in our own backyard, the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. For those seeking soulful connection, grounded movement, and time in nature — WELCOME!
