PHXGeo @ AGIC Phoenix Holiday Social: Remembering Chris Ferguson

PHXGeo lost of one our long-term members Chris Ferguson last week. Chris, Senior GIS Consultant at Wood (WSP), joined this group around 2014 while completing his MAS-GIS degree at ASU. Over the years, Chris was a familiar face at PHXGeo events where he shared geospatial tips through lightning talks, contributed to OSM for Phoenix, and swapped work stories over good beers. Good times...

Some of Chris' PHXGeo, AGIC, and ASU friends will be gathering informally at the upcoming Phoenix AGIC Holiday Social to remember him and celebrate his professional achievements and contributions to our community.

Whether you knew Chris well, and wherever you may be in the grieving process, you're invited to come out for the usual good food, drinks, and 'geo-conversation', and maybe a few hugs this time. Dress warm as we'll likely meet in the restaurant courtyard.
