This is a monthly meeting that traditionally occurs on the fourth Tuesday of the month. Please visit the link below to register and to view the agenda. This meeting is not hosted by this meetup. It is independent of the Organizer of Phoenix Real Estate Investors but it is the best meeting in town with a very good monthly market analysis. It is a great way to meet other investors and a great place to get information about real estate buying in Phoenix.

Come for the Networking We have the best investor-to-investor networking. The Phoenix Real Estate Club meetings start with an open networking session where you have a chance to meet new members and catch up with others. We start our meeting with our very popular “Power Networking” session. During this fast-paced, interactive activity, you will have the opportunity to connect with other investors.

Our very exciting networking session is focused and fun. Don’t forget your business cards! It is followed by the popular “I Have… I want…” session. Both these sessions are fast-paced and allow our members to quickly tell each other about who they are, what they have to offer or sell and want they need.

Come out and learn from other investors, meet active investors from across the Valley and participate with the most active group of local real estate investors in the Valley.

Dynamic Haves & Wants Following the networking session, we have our dynamic “Haves & Wants” session. During this time you will have the opportunity to stand up and speak to the group. You can let them know what you HAVE to offer or sell. This must be real estate related such as a property, land, appliances, mobile home, fencing, drywall, private money, etc. You may have time to find properties or you may be a wholesaler looking to build a buyers list. You can also share what you NEED such as an electrician, insurance, title agent, private money, contractor, appraiser, etc. If you are a trades person you are welcome to let the group know what you do. If you are a realtor, you must not promote your MLS listings or that you are a realtor looking to work with investors. However, if you own or control a property, or, have a buyer looking for a property, these would be welcome additions to the discussion.
