PhysEd is a gym built on a simple idea: training should help you feel better, move better, and live better — not just look better.
We offer small group classes and personal training focused on building real strength, improving mobility, and helping you move with confidence. Every session is guided, so you know exactly what to do and how to progress.
Our goal is simple — to help you build a strong, capable, and pain-free body you can rely on for life.
We regularly host Introduction to Training MeetUps and a bi-weekly Run Club.
