This is not a class. There is nothing to learn or perform.
You simply rest and experience a guided sound session using live piano and a guided sound session using Himalayan singing bowls, designed to help your nervous system settle and your mind slow down naturally.

Most of us try to push through stress, but without real rest, the body stays in overdrive. This is your to reset the nervous system.
