Welcome to the Albany Football Hub Pick-Up Soccer Meetup!
Are you a passionate soccer enthusiast looking for a fun and casual way to enjoy the beautiful game? Look no further! Our Pick-Up Soccer Meetup is your ticket to an unforgettable soccer experience in the heart of Albany.

Monday - Thursday Games just $8 NZD (Plus meetup fees) for 60 minutes. Get in 24 hours before for early bird discount.

Here's how it works:

1. Registration: Simply sign up through Meetup to join our friendly soccer community. It's a great way to connect with fellow soccer lovers in the area and stay updated on upcoming games.
2. Choose Your Game: Browse through our scheduled games and pick the one that suits your schedule. We offer a variety of games, so whether you're a seasoned player or a complete beginner, there's a game for you.
3. Kick-Off Time: Arrive 10 minutes before kick-off, and you'll find yourself at our incredible 5-a-side venue, located at the Albany Sports Park, 321 Oteha Valley Road. We are the yellow-branded football pitches located outside by the tennis courts. Ask the manager at the desk what field the game is on as it can change.
4. Enjoy Casual Football: Join your fellow soccer aficionados on the field for a casual, yet exhilarating game of soccer. The matches are friendly and competitive, and they provide the perfect opportunity to work on your skills, have a great workout, and make new friends.
5. Gear Up: Please make sure to wear either trainers or molded studs. Metal studs are not allowed for safety reasons. We provide bibs, but we kindly ask you to bring a black and white top for team differentiation.
6. Payment: Payment can be made by cash or EFTPOS before taking the field at the recpetion area (this is a converted shipping container).
7. Respect the Game: Please do not just not show up; it ruins the game for everyone. If you find that you can't make it to a game you've signed up for, please contact the number provided in the group to let them know. You will be removed from the group if you do not trun up or your conduct is not up to standard.
8. Cancelled Games: If the game does not get to 8 registered players (the host does not count as a player) by an hour before Kick off the game will be cancelled. We can grab a couple players from the venue but more than a couple is tough. Please check game before travelling. If you have paid in advance you will be issued credit.
