Friday evening Pickleball at Pintail

The Pintails courts are tucked into a housing development in Bensalem. As far as I can tell, there is no specific street address. You can see the google map at this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/s93kYZzhA1Kkmwsu6

From the intersection of Bensalem Blvd. and New Falls Rd. in Bensalem (near Brodies Ice Cream):

1. Head south on Bensalem Blvd. approximately 0.6 miles
2. Right turn on Flushing Rd.
3. Immediate Right turn on Pintail Ct.
4. Drive to the end of the road where you will see the courts and parking.

I won't be able to give individual driving directions. If you plan to attend and don't know where this is, you will need to spend some time beforehand finding the correct location. It isn't difficult, but it will take some preparation.

We may need to share the courts.

All skill levels are welcome, but some experience playing and familiarity with scoring and rules is recommended. Absolute beginners might want to check out the Firefighters' Park Pickleball Club.

HOW WE PLAY

1. Standard scoring
2. All games to 11, must win by 2
3. Winners stay on and split, runners-up come off
4. After 4 games in a row, come off to give others a chance

ETIQUETTE

1. Have fun
2. Be a good sport
3. Please avoid giving unsolicited pointers or criticism to other players. Many players find this distracting and we are all learning at our own pace.
4. Call out the full 3-part score, loudly, every time you serve.
5. Keep things moving - no prolonged delays. Others are waiting to play.
