Yoga, Hike & Poker Taipei

In this 60-min class, I will take you through some guided meditation and gentle yoga stretches (and/or yin yoga) to help you find zen midweek and clear more space for the rest of the week🧘🏽‍♀️
The class will be held in a private yoga space in central Taipei. Exact location will be shared once attendance is confirmed.
This is a free class (trial), all that i ask of the student is a donation to a stray dog organization that helps rescue the wounded and senior dogs🙏🏾

Entry fee for the pool/sauna is $110

Self-care on one’s own could be fun but for those that prefer to have a group of like-minded wellness fiends, let’s enjoy sauna together.
