PickleFit is not your average workout group. We're here to help you move better, play stronger, and feel unstoppable — all while having fun and building a community around one of the fastest-growing sports in the country: Pickleball!

This group is for anyone who wants to:
✅ Improve footwork, balance & agility
✅ Build joint strength and endurance
✅ Get in shape with low-impact, high-energy workouts
✅ Connect with others who love to move, sweat, and have a good time
✅ Stay ready for the court – whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player

Our sessions blend cardio, calisthenics, mobility, and recovery drills inspired by the movements of pickleball — all designed to be fun, functional, and effective. We keep the vibe high-energy and supportive, and no two sessions are ever the same.
