Pickup Soccer for MS/HS & Adults at Post Oak Academy Soccer Pitch

Hey Friends,

Pickup soccer this Saturday at 10AM at Post Oak Academy's pitch.

A couple of things.

1. The point of this is to have fun, get some exercise, and meet some new people. So leave any ambition to show how good you can bicycle kick at home. I don't want to get hurt. I'm too old. :)

2. We'll have middle and high schoolers playing with us. Parents should either be playing with us or hanging out. I haven't created the structure to accept responsibility for watching kids. Also, having the younger kids with us is a good reminder to have fun and not kick as hard as you can.

3. Bring plenty of water. There's no bathroom available, but I do live across the street and you can use my house if needed.

4. We will NOT use cleats. But if you want to wear shin guards, feel free to do so.

Here's the overall schedule:
June 7 - First game
June 14 - NO soccer
June 21 - Depends on when our church is volunteering at the Juneteenth celebration. I'm hoping to make it work.
June 28 - I should be able to make this work. It's also the day of the Pride festival, but I should have enough volunteers that I can skip out during this time.
July 5 - NO soccer
July 12 - TBD
July 19 - Game
July 26 - Game
August 2 - NO soccer
August 9 - Game
August 16 - Game
August 23 - Last Game
