Matanzas Inlet Clean Up!

It's been a minute & it's time to show Matanzas Inlet some love again!

Join us on the Second Saturday of February, 2/08/25, to commune, kayak & clean this beautiful park!

Our efforts will be on land & water, so come prepared for an adventure that will allow you to explore the lagoons, beach, & the pennisula protected by the park.

We provide refreshments, clean up supplies, and loaner kayaks on a first come first serve basis to our volunteers.

This event is designed not only to help you connect with nature through intentional stewardship, but also to help you connect with other like minded outdoor enthusiasts.

The event begins with a meet & greet before we begin our clean up efforts. Following the clean up, we will hit the water as a group for a guided tour of the inlet from the water. The paddling portion is beginner friendly & we will provide a brief instructional overview of kayaking for those who are new to the sport.

Plenty of parking is available at the far end of the park, where we will meet before spreading out to cover as much ground with our clean up efforts as possible.

As always, feel free to bring a friend, a snack, & your own yak!
