This restorative practice honors the natural transition from day to night, helping you release accumulated tension and prepare for deep rest. Perfect for all levels, join us as we move with intention, breathe with awareness, and find stillness in the sacred space between activity and repose.
Following our practice, we'll also have a discussion prompt. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners, share experiences, and build community in a relaxed setting. New members are especially encouraged to stay and introduce themselves!
What to Bring
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes

- Light blanket/ jacket (it can get cold in the evening)
