Join us for an experiential workshop centered on Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation—a gentle yet powerful practice of cultivating compassion, warmth, and goodwill toward ourselves and others.
In this gathering, we will slow down together and explore what it truly feels like to connect with kindness from the inside out. Through guided gentle stretching, meditation, reflective discussion, and a meaningful dyadic (partner) practice, you’ll have the opportunity to both offer and receive Metta in a supportive and grounded space.
We will explore:
🌿 What Metta is and how it feels in the body and heart
🌿 Common experiences and blocks that arise in practicing kindness
🌿 Guided Loving-Kindness meditation practice
🌿 Dyadic practice: offering and receiving Metta in pairs
🌿 Reflection and integration in community
This workshop is not about “getting it right,” but about experiencing what happens when we soften, slow down, and relate to ourselves and others with care.
All levels are welcome—no prior meditation experience needed.
Come as you are, and leave feeling a little
more connected, resourced, and open-hearted.
What to Bring
