AI Data Centers-Consequences to our environment and communities (June 9)

The June meeting of of the Piedmont Plateau Group will be substituted with two important public presentations taking place on Tuesday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 9.

The June 9 presentation will focus on AI Centers and their effects on air, water, and noise pollution, water use, heat generation and overall consequences to the environment and communities.

The speaker is Dr. Rania Masri, Director of Organizing and Policy, NC Environmental Justice Network.
