The Anytime Anywhere Meditation course offers a practical introduction to meditation techniques designed to help participants cultivate mindfulness and resilience in their daily lives. Rooted in the teachings of Mingyur Rinpoche, this program provides accessible meditation practices that can be integrated into any lifestyle, regardless of prior experience or cultural background. Over five sessions, participants will learn how to navigate stress and anxiety through simple yet effective techniques that promote awareness, compassion, and inner peace.
No previous meditation experience required. No equipment required: the workshop is classroom style, but feel free to bring pen and paper if you want to take notes.
