Full Body Stretch

Taking inspiration from a variety of yoga practices, Anna guides students through an exploration of slow movement and postures to find those stretches your body is craving. Multiple options are offered, allowing students to choose a gentle shape or a pose that offers a more intense stretch. Using breath to deepen the experience, we release and open to more freedom in both body and mind.

Yin, Reiki & Sound
Pier To Point Wellness & Spa, 4166 Voltaire St, San Diego, CA, USSlow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in this deeply nourishing yin yoga class. We’ll move through long held, floor based postures designed to stretch the connective tissue, release deep tension, and calm the nervous system. With the support of props, guided breathing practices, stillness and mindful awareness, this practice is an invitation to turn inwards and create space; physically, mentally and spiritually.
This class concludes with hands on reiki energy healing and sound healing, allowing you to fully rest and receive. Reiki supports balance, relaxation, and energetic alignment, helping you to integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded, restored and held.
This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you’re seeking stress relief, emotional balance, and a moment of deep rest. Come as you are, no prior experience needed. Leave the busyness of the world outside as you tend to your inner sanctuary; you deserve it!
