We’ll move through long held, floor based postures designed to stretch the connective tissue, release deep tension, and calm the nervous system. With the support of props, guided breathing practices, stillness and mindful awareness, this practice is an invitation to turn inwards and create space; physically, mentally and spiritually.

This class concludes with hands on reiki energy healing and sound healing, allowing you to fully rest and receive. Reiki supports balance, relaxation, and energetic alignment, helping you to integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded, restored and held.

This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you’re seeking stress relief, emotional balance, and a moment of deep rest. Come as you are, no prior experience needed. Leave the busyness of the world outside as you tend to your inner sanctuary; you deserve it!
